This PHP script checks to see if the user allows cookies. If so, a function is provided to change to an alternate CSS. If the user doesn’t accept cookies, this script offers a message, but normally it shouldn’t, and should instead simply remove the optional function from view.
If a visitor doesn’t allow first-party cookies, using this script you have the option of sending the him or her a message suggesting they allow cookies so they can use your style changer. The user won’t know they are missing a second style and will be content with the default style only.
